Mindfulness Meditation
Taught by Mountain Stream Sangha

Mindfulness meditation practiced in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body and mind into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.  

Mountain Stream Sangha is a community of practitioners who come together to support one another in the practice of mindfulness in the spirit of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village.We meet weekly for sitting and walking meditation and group sharing.

We welcome newcomers of all identities at any of our gatherings. 

Participation is free to all, and we accept and appreciate donations to help cover our costs.
