A 4-week introdution to mindfulness meditation for stress reduction and creative responding in everyday life, inspired by MBSR.
Join us for an introduction to sitting mindfulness practice, gentle movement, and simple art experience.
Pamela Sica is a mother, artist and psychotherapist in private practice guiding others to slow down and find their authentic selves separate from the busyness of everyday life. Pam is a Qualified MBSR teacher through the Massachusetts Medical Center and a certified yoga instructor.
Classes will be on Fridays, 4:30-6:00pm, April 20, 27, May 4, and 11.
