Sunrise Mellow Flow and Meditation
Taught by Christina Mitchell
In this class we will greet the day with a gentle yoga flow to awaken the body and prepare for the day ahead.
Using breath and movement we will warm and nourish body, mind, and spirit. This is an all-levels class that honors your practice. After 40-45 minutes of movement, we will conclude our class with 15-20 minutes of guided, then silent meditation.
