This unique and creative fusion class is the antidote to a busy life! Blending gentle, joint and energy freeing movements inspired by the practice of Qi Gong with a few intelligent yoga postures, practitioners also enjoy being guided through a deeply restful guided relaxation practice based on the theory of Yoga Nidra at the end of every class.

Suitable for those who enjoy moving their bodies slowly and with awareness and who are comfortable resting in a lengthy Savasana.
