Feldenkrais ATM® classes help you find more possibility in movement while emphasizing self-care and re-introducing curiousity as part of our learning process. During an ATM class, you will be guided through a sequence of structured movements, all completed within your comfort level and ability. Each lesson, through experiential learning, instructs on how to reduce unnecessary effort and recognize habits that may be in the way of ease and pleasure.
Students generally find Awareness Through Movement® classes are relaxing yet challenging, boost mood, and serve as an excellent way to slow down our busy lives.
