Pamela Sica is a mother, artist and psychotherapist in private practice guiding others to slow down and find their authentic selves separate from the busyness of everyday life. Pam is a Qualified MBSR teacher through the Massachusetts Medical Center and a certified yoga instructor.
Classes will be on Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30 am, September 4, 11, 18 and 25.
