Flow into Nidra

Flow into Nidra is an inclusive and overall feel-good class. We begin with a centering that includes intention-setting, pranayama (breath work), and mantra. We then transition into our physical practice, designed to move stagnation and energy blockages through and out of the body. Having created more space and freedom in the physical body, and less chatter in the mind, we’ll bring our focus to the subtle body by lying down to get as comfortable as possible for yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. This mindfulness meditation practice is equivalent to two hours of deep-sleep, balances the nervous system, and strengthens immunity. Flow into Nidra is accessible to all bodies and all are welcome..
