Gentle Yoga and Sacred Sounds

Event Description: Join us for a guided journey of sacred sound and restorative movement! Enjoy the rich, resonating vibrations 
of Tibetan Singing Bowls along with the transformative practice of Yoga. This magical combination of carefully selected tones and gentle poses is designed to reduce stress, stimulate healing, and harmonize energy! 
 
Open to all levels, no prior experience required. All yoga props will be provided. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to gently settle in. Space is limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged to secure your spot.

Tracy’s life mission is to help people occupy their bodies, hearts, and minds with compassion and curiosity. She started her personal yoga practice in 1989 and continues to believe that the yoga mat is one of the most magical places on earth! She has training and certifications in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. Additionally, she is a Somatic Psychotherapist with a private practice in Boulder as well as a faculty professor at Naropa University where she teaches courses in psychology, embodiment, and the neuroscience of the body-mind connection. Myrna Castaline brings 40 years experience in the healing arts to her sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls.  Her intention is to sooth, inspire, and awaken your spirit, experiencing greater awareness of your true self.  Myrna offers group and individual Sound Healing, Cranial Sacral, and Raindrop Technique sessions.
