Quiet and Still: Restorative Yoga and a Taste of Meditation
In this practice you’ll use props galore to create a completely supported, cozy experience on your mat. The magic of restorative yoga poses lies in the calming effect on the nervous system as you rest quietly in a comfortable pose for an extended period of time. When you emerge, you’ll notice an incredible difference!
No previous yoga, meditation, or restorative yoga experience necessary. All props will be provided. Come in comfortable clothing, and prepare to give yourself the gift of sweet relaxation.
Pre-registration is recommended and space is limited.
Kerry is an E-RYT 500 as well as a Level 2 Trainer in Relax & Renew™ Restorative Yoga. She also holds a certificate in Curvy Yoga and is passionate about welcoming and embracing the needs of all bodies. Kerry’s Gentle Strength Yoga classes use lots of props in ways that help students discover new things in a pose, while making the pose more effective and often more enjoyable.
