Quiet and Still: Restorative Yoga and a Taste of Meditation

Between restorative poses you’ll be guided through mindful and gentle mobilization exercises to help make the practice feel more complete and fully embodied. To access deeper states of calm and quiet, enjoy a brief and accessible taste of meditation.
Remember – you don’t need to earn rest. Self-care is a necessity!
No previous yoga, meditation, or restorative yoga experience necessary. All props will be provided. Come in comfortable clothing, and prepare to give yourself the gift of sweet relaxation.

Kerry is an E-RYT 500 as well as a Level 2 Trainer in Relax & Renew™ Restorative Yoga. She also holds a certificate in Curvy Yoga and is passionate about welcoming and embracing the needs of all bodies. Kerry’s Gentle Strength Yoga classes use lots of props in ways that help students discover new things in a pose, while making the pose more effective and often more enjoyable.
