Long Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong

The 1st section of  this ancient and traditional Long Yang Style  will be taught in the iinitial 6 week series starting October 2nd. 
This is a meditative movement practice that balances Yang (masculine active) and Yin (feminine receptive energy).
Classes will include Qi Gong Practices and subtle hands on energy and Alignment work of the Alexander technique. This can increase strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
