Yoga Asana Dance into Awakened Heart Meditation

We will begin with centering meditation and gentle breathing practice Ujjai. We will move from breath focus into a standing Asana series that allows for play between stretch and strength, stillness and space moving into and through Asana flow.
This Yoga Dance work has been developed and taught by Sumi over last many years…including changing direction, time, rhythm and shapes…moving through space.
