Yoga of Writing

Do you seek deeper connection with yourself? Do you love to write, journal, and/or doodle? In this hour and fifteen-minute class combining yoga practice/philosophy and writing practice, we will travel together into the boundless inner landscape.
Each session will include movement (gentle asana), self-compassion journaling, personal narrative writing, a brief lesson in storytelling, group sharing, and more. (No critiquing of writing, just sharing.) This is an all levels practice, a journey inward together.
