This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate our 11th annual retreat in this magical location. Each year, the experiences we share deepen, and the transformations I witness continue to inspire. I’m excited about the possibility of welcoming you into this transformative journey.

Our serene retreat will unfold in a private Villa and Yoga shala across the street from the ocean and beach, setting the stage for an intimate and rejuvenating experience. With the ocean’s soothing rhythm as our backdrop, we’ll explore the depths of yoga therapy, guided by principles of alignment, breath, and mindful practice. Below, you’ll find more details about our daily schedule, designed to blend structured yoga sessions with ample personal time for relaxation, reading, snorkeling, and exploration of the wonderful town of Puerto Morelos (all walking distance).

To ensure a personalized and comfortable experience for everyone, we’ve limited the retreat to 20 participants. I have 2 rooms available and 1 shared spot is available in a shared room with a female. This allows for meaningful connections and individualized attention, making your time with us truly precious.

Reservation Details:

• Investment:A $250 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit secures your spot, with the balance due August 1. While the balance is non-refundable, it is transferable to another person should your plans change.
