Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Monthly Class

This powerful class combines the nourishing practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Class begins with a calming yin yoga sequence that opens the deep connective tissues of the body. We’’ll then embark on a Yoga Nidra journey. Yoga Nidra, also called “Yogic Sleep,” is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and well-being. Each class is designed to help:

• reduce stress
• stabilize heart rate and blood pressure
• increase feelings of peace and well-being
• improve sleep

All Yoga props will be provided. Sorry, no late entries.

Cost: $25 per class or $100 for the entire series. Space is limited, pre-registration encouraged

Tracy’s life mission is to help people occupy their bodies, hearts, and minds with compassion and curiosity. She started her personal yoga practice in 1989 and continues to believe that the yoga mat is one of the most magical places on earth! She has training and certifications in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. Additionally, she is a Somatic Psychotherapist with a private practice in Boulder as well as a faculty professor at Naropa University where she teaches courses in psychology, embodiment, and the neuroscience of the body-mind connection.
